Mental Health Service Fees
We accept the following insurances:

We are not in network nor do we plan to be with Magellen, all Medicare products or ComPsych

Self-Pay Rates
Initial assessment: $150
60 minute individual therapy: $150
45 minute individual therapy: $125
30 minute individual therapy: $100
Family therapy: $125
Community Support: $40 per hour
Group therapy: $40
Collateral therapeutic services: $25 per 15 minutes
Psychological Testing: $150/hour
Medication Management: $175/hour

Sliding Scale
If you are uninsured, unable to obtain insurance or otherwise unable to afford services, we may be able to still provider services to your or your family.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income if the aforementioned criteria apply to you or your family.

The following rates apply for record requests:
30 Days Notice First Annual Copy: No charge
30 Days Notice Second Annual Copy: $15
Less than 30 Days Notice: $30
Less than 14 Days Notice: $45
7 or Less Days Notice: $60
Custom Letter: $100/hr, $50 minimum
Certified Records: $40

Court
Initial deposit covering 3 hours of time: $400
Late notice for court (Less than 5 business days notice): $200 in addition to the $400
Court lasting longer than 3 hours: $125/hr
Custom Letter: $100/hr, $50 minimum

Supervision
The rate for LCSW, LPCC and RPT supervision are the same:
Individual supervision (1 hour): $90
Group supervision (2 or more supervisees): $40 per participant
