Consultation Services
In addition to providing mental health services, we also provide consultation services in a variety of forms and to different people and groups. ​Consultation involves sharing and collaboration of concerns or issues and working together to solve them.

As licensed professionals, you can consult with us on a specific topic or case that you may need insight or guidance on. Because of the nature of the service, it can be shared across state lines, unlike supervision which is typically limited to a supervisor-supervisee relationship with a single state..

We also provide training on a variety of topics and can help clinicians on medical billing and coding as it relates to multispecialty group practices and insurance credentialing. Some of our existing training materials include topics such as trauma, neurodevelopment of kids, supporting students with mental health diagnosis and more.

Consultation Process
Depending on the type of consultation being requested, payment is typically collected up front and then scheduled. An informed consent document covering consultation must be signed. If protected health information (PHI) will be shared, then appropriate consent must also be collected from the appropriate parties.

Costs are generally as listed below

One hour consultation fee general needs: $100

Coding and billing consultation questions: $150 for up to two hours

Insurance credentialing: $125-$1,500 (Varies based on panels/needs)

Training: $750-$2,000 (Varies based on time commitment and complexity)
