Looking for LCSW, LPCC or RPT Supervision?

For clinicians looking for supervision, Creative Counseling & Consultation, PLLC is able to offer supervision for social workers pursuing their LCSW and professional counselor seeking their LPCC.

In addition to offering LCSW and LPCC supervision, we are also able to supervise clinicians in need of play therapy experience hours towards credentialing as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). Because both Chris and Krista are credentialed as RPT-S, their CSW supervisees can enjoy accruing hours towards both credentials.

All supervisees will receive and sign an informed consent document detailing clinical expectations and the supervision process.

As a supervisor, I believe in a collaborative approach to supervision.

Honesty is the cornerstone of any relationship and as a supervisor I seek to foster a relationship built on trust and mutual understanding. If a supervisee "messes up", this is expected and 99% of mistakes are fixable or redeemable.

Supervision is about creating a collaborative and trusting relationship between supervisor and supervisee.

As a supervisor I strive to foster an alliance with my supervisees to work towards mutual benefit of clients and their continue growth as professional social workers. I provide constructive feedback as well as identification of strengths in order to help my supervisees to engage and provide the most evidence based and effective practice.

Hayley Hoover, LCSW

My supervision style is collaborative and practical. This work is challenging and some of the challenges that come with it require processing. I am here to be a guide and listener during our time together.

I believe in honesty and transparency. It is important to share your thoughts on what you are needing. I can offer insight into issues that you may come across as well as feedback on how you are doing. I believe it is important to know your strengths but to also know your areas of growth and how to work on those things.

I am open to shadowing sessions and documentation when available to help you become the best clinician you can be.
