My Story

With seven years of experience as a therapist, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, substance use, domestic violence, family conflict, and other life challenges.

She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporates trauma-informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences and build resilience. In addition to her clinical work, she has proudly served in the military for more than ten years, including a deployment to Iraq, providing her with a unique perspective on resilience, service, and overcoming adversity.

She believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Taking a holistic approach, she recognizes that mental health is influenced by many aspects of life, including physical health, relationships, finances, and past experiences. During the initial session, she focuses on building a genuine understanding of each client by learning about their interests, relationships, values, and goals. By creating a safe, welcoming environment built on trust and respect, she helps clients feel comfortable throughout the therapeutic process while working together toward meaningful, lasting change.
